How to reach us

We keep this simple. PixelRates is run by a small team, so there is no phone queue and no chatbot maze, just one inbox read by a person: [email protected].

One address covers everything. To get to the right answer faster, say which of these you need:

  • General questions: anything about how the site works, how to read a listing, or how our all-in pricing and PixelScore methodology is calculated.
  • Press and media: interview requests, data or chart requests, and questions from journalists or researchers.
  • Sellers: listing requests, corrections to your prices or fees, and questions about your profile or reviews.

Price corrections and disputes

We independently source every price by scraping sellers' live storefronts ourselves; sellers cannot submit their own numbers. That protects buyers from manipulation, but it also means a scraper can occasionally misread a page, miss a fee, or catch a price mid-change. If a number looks wrong, we genuinely want to know.

Email [email protected] with the seller, the quantity, the payment method, and what you actually saw at checkout (a screenshot helps most). Because our figures are all-in (sticker price plus payment-method fees, currency markup, and surcharges, minus any working coupon), please note whether the gap is on the sticker price or on the fees, so we can pinpoint it. We treat corrections as a priority and will re-check the source before adjusting anything.

A note on why this matters: the whole point of PixelRates is that the cheapest sticker price is rarely the cheapest real price. A correction that fixes a hidden fee can re-rank the entire table, so accuracy reports from buyers directly improve what everyone else sees.

Reviews, disputes, and removal requests

Our PixelScore aggregates reviews from across the web plus first-party verified-buyer reviews, and our ban-risk score is built from proof-backed reports buyers submit. If you are a seller who believes a review or report is inaccurate, or a buyer who wants to correct or retract something you submitted, email [email protected] with the details. We will review the evidence on both sides.

We do not remove accurate, well-sourced information simply because it is unflattering; independence is the point. We do correct genuine errors quickly and take fraudulent or fabricated submissions seriously. For how we weigh and verify this material, see our methodology. For the limits of our data and the risks of buying in-game currency, please read the disclaimer.

Response times

We aim to reply within two business days, and usually faster. Price-correction and safety reports jump the queue because they affect what other buyers see. Press requests on a deadline should say so in the subject line and we will do our best to accommodate the timing.

A few things we cannot help with: we do not sell gold, hold funds, or process payments, so we cannot look up an order, issue a refund, or intervene in a dispute with a seller. Those belong to the seller you bought from. If you are researching a seller before you buy, start with our seller directory and the PixelScore on each profile.

A word on safety

Whatever you are contacting us about, one rule never changes: never share your account password with anyone. Gold is delivered by in-game trade, and a legitimate seller will never need your login. If someone asks for it, that alone is reason to walk away, and to tell us so we can flag it.
